Tipsy is a charming, affectionate male cat with a sweet disposition and a huge love for food and cuddles. This gentle boy thrives on love and attention. He's incredibly loyal once he feels safe and has a soft spot for head scratches, cozy blankets, and snack time. In fact, Tipsy takes his meals very seriously, he’s been known to get a little “hangry” if dinner is fashionably late, but it’s all part of his endearing personality. Tipsy does have a few medical conditions that require a bit of extra care and monitoring, but his loving nature makes every bit of that effort worth it. He would do best in a home with someone who understands his needs and can keep him on a regular feeding and care routine.
