Now, I may not be the cat who marches into a new home like I own the place. I prefer to take a little time to assess the situation, find the best napping spots, and determine whether you're worthy of my friendship. (Chances are, you are.) Once I've decided you're one of my people, get ready because I become a full-time companion. I'll happily follow you from room to room, supervise your daily activities, and settle nearby just to be part of whatever you're doing. Watching TV? I'll join you. Working from home? I'll help. Folding laundry? I'll provide moral support. During my time in foster care, I discovered just how much I love being part of a family. I enjoyed spending evenings curled up on the couch, leaning into chin scratches, soaking up gentle brushes, and simply being close to my humans. Those quiet moments are my absolute favourite. My dream home is somewhere calm and predictable, with plenty of cosy beds, sunny windows, and humans who understand that trust is something special. I'd prefer a home with children aged 12 years and older, and I'd love to be your one and only pet so I can enjoy all the love and attention without having to share my kingdom. The shelter has been a long stop on my journey, but I haven't given up hope that my perfect person is still out there.
