About Sky

Sky may only have three legs, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. She’s always eager to get out and explore the world, making her the perfect sidekick for adventures big and small. Curious, confident, and full of life, Sky loves being on the move and taking in everything around her. When the day winds down, Sky is all about the cuddles. She’s happiest snuggled up, drifting off to sleep and dreaming sweet dreams of her latest adventures. Sky is fully house trained and obedient to her commands, with the exception of needing a little more training on her lead. She is super affectionate and gentle, knows that no means no and responds well to authority. She is happy in an apartment, isn’t afraid of a balcony or smaller space, but would thrive in a garden where she could run freely to play. Sky is still working on her doggie social skills, so she’d need to be the only dog in the home but may be able to meet a few friends out and about. She doesn’t mind a quick hello, but prefers not to have other dogs lingering in her space. With the right home and a little understanding, Sky will absolutely shine. Unfortunately Sky can be anxious with unfamiliar handling at times, so will need an adult only home. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, but adventurous companion with endless love and hugs to give, Sky might just be your perfect match.
