She can be a bit shy at first and takes her time warming up to new people and environments, but once she trusts you, she becomes the ultimate velcro dog. This beautiful girl is looking for a calm, patient home with someone who understands that confidence takes time to build. Previous dog experience would be ideal, but most importantly, Florence needs an adopter with kindness, consistency, and plenty of patience. Once she feels safe, Florence’s affectionate side truly shines. She absolutely adores cuddles, thinks laps are the perfect place to nap, and would happily spend her days snuggled up beside you on the couch. In fact, you could say she’s a professional napper with expert-level snoozing skills. Florence would do best in a home with children over 12 who can respect her space and gentle nature. She’s also looking for an only-pet household where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself.
